The point of the "The Purge" films is that during the Purge all crimes are legal. For one night you can do whatever you want, which should make the population more peaceful for the rest of the year. But already in the first part we learned that mainly poor or homeless people are killed, while the rich simply hole up in their homes. The second part, "The Purge: Anarchy," then brought the hustle and bustle to a city and followed the experiences of a guy who really blossomed during the Purge. The third part now deals with the fact that a senator finally wants to put an end to this, precisely because it is also nonsense and in the end murders are committed. Of course she has to die for it. Appropriately, the film will be released in the US&A election year and that on Independence Day weekend…
