«The Transfiguration» was screened as Michael O'Shea's debut feature film at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2016 in the Un Certain Regard section. In the American horror drama, a young misfit and vampire movie lover from Queens decides to change his life when he finds a new girlfriend. Milo (Eric Ruffin) is not exactly what you would call popular. Commonly seen as an oddball at school, the 14-year-old prefers to curl up in his room at home in Queens, where he lives with his brother, and watch the VCRs of old vampire movies. Meanwhile, more and more bloodless corpses appear in his neighborhood. When the girl Sophie (Chloe Levine) moves in next door with her grandfather, Milo unexpectedly finds a real friend, because the new neighbor is just as much of a misfit as he is. The boy decides to do something that changes his life in a radical way will change...

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
