Anyone who saw the third episode of “The Walking Dead” season 3 today had to realize that the dark moments after the death of Glenn and Abraham are not over yet. Negan's terror has only just begun. Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) in particular had to feel that today, who was taken hostage to the “Sanctuary”, the base of the Saviors, after the 7st episode. In episode 1 “The Cell” we get an insight into Negan's torture methods with which he finally wants to break Daryl. Not just to emerge victorious one more time. Negan wants more. He wants to win Daryl as the new Savior - and any means are right for him.
The latest episode of “The Walking Dead” season 7 showed once again that it doesn't always take physical violence to bring people to their knees. As with Rick, Negan once again resorts to psychological terror to break his victims. Daryl receives dog food as food, is locked alone in a cell without daylight and tortured with a picture of Glenn. Even in the moments when he is alone, he does not get the opportunity to rest and sleep. Negan has Daryl's cell filled with a piece of music that one or the other “Walking Dead” fan might be looking for after the episode. We have selected the two songs for you that torture Daryl. The most prominent track is “Easy Street” by The Collapsable Hearts Club feat. Jim Bianco & Petra Haden, which is played several times in Daryl's cell. After Daryl collapses crying over the picture of Glenn, “Crying” by Roy Orbinson plays in the background. Another piece of music in the sequence is played at the beginning, when we watch Dwight in the “Sanctuary” playing “Town Called Malice” by The Jam.
